Has it really been 6 months since I updated this blog?? To all of you followers I am on Facebook now and for the last few months have been updating photos there.
Today Sophia turned 3! There are days I look at her and think I cannot believe she has only been with us for 2 years - I really do not remember our lives without her. She has been such a blessing and is growing up to be quite a little sassy lady. I know i've said it before but never did I imagine how suitable this blog name would be!
She is a girly girl in EVERY sense of the word. She loves princesses, fairies, dress up, make up, purses, clothes and the obsession with shoes since the day we got her continues to this day! We are having a princess party for her on Saturday and she is very excited (so is mommy - lol)
To imagine our first day seeing her to where we are today is nothing short of a miracle how well she fits into our family and how much I truly love this little lady. She is amazing. Her vocabulary is like that of a 16 year old (I kid you not!) She does not forget a THING! Since she was 18 mo old and talking she has wanted to chew gum. I told her when she was 3 (her friends Lily and Reagan were 3 at the time) that she could chew gum! Guess what she asked for for her birthday? You guessed it GUM. I could not believe it.
We have our challenging times as she is testing us and wanting her independence.
I hope everyone is doing well and I cannot wait to get caught up on everyone's blogs! Your kiddo's are getting so big and it's so great to read all of your updates. We are so very lucky to have these amazing children in our lives. Truly blessed
